State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. The State of Vermont's privacy legislation differs from the federal consumer law in a number of respects. The federal version allows consumers to opt out of any sharing of information beyond the exceptions allowed. The Vermont version is the opposite in that consumers have to opt in if they want information shared. Since we do not share information beyond the exceptions allowed, there is no need for you to notify us in regards to opting in or out. Whenever the state law is more restrictive, we will abide by the more restrictive requirements.
For Bratt Bank and Bratt Bank Business Mobile Banking Customers-Location Based Information: Mobile Banking collects location data to enable push notifications even when the app is closed or not in use. It is also used to support promotional offers from the Bank. If you use any location-based features of Mobile Banking, you agree that your geographic location and other personal information may be accessed and disclosed through Mobile Banking. If you wish to revoke access to such information, you must cease using location-based features of Mobile Banking via your device's settings. |
